Water damage doesn't just ruin the surface - it goes deep. Wet drywall, soaked insulation, exposed framing, plumbing lines that need attention. That's exactly what we were dealing with here. The kind of job where you can't just patch over it and call it a day.

We opened up the walls the right way. Got into the framing, pulled the damaged material, and made sure everything behind those walls was solid before a single sheet of new drywall went up. That's the part most people never see, but it's the part that actually matters. Skipping steps here is how you end up with mold problems six months down the road.

Floor protection went down throughout the work area and into the hallway - because water restoration and bathroom remodeling work is messy, and a good crew respects the rest of your home while they're fixing one part of it. From there, it was drywall, skim coat, mud work, and getting the walls smooth and ready for finish.

What you end up with is a clean, finished bathroom. Fresh tile floor, smooth walls, everything buttoned up properly. No sign that any of this ever happened. That's the goal every time - get the homeowner back to normal, or better than normal, as fast as possible.

Every job we take on has a beginning that looks rough and an end that the homeowner is proud of. That gap in between - that's where we live. Whether it's water restoration, a full bathroom remodel, or something in between, we handle it all under one roof so nothing falls through the cracks.
